Calculate Your Proper Seat Height
A basic formula to determine the correct seat height is the real work level ( measuring floor to the height of the task) minus 12". We recommend that this be the midpoint of the seat-height adjustment range of the chair you select.
Example:
38"(Work level from floor to task height) - 12" = 26" (Midpoint of seat-height adjustment range)
