Order Status
We’re always happy to provide an update on the status of your order.  Please login to your account or contact us to inquire.

Shipping, Delivery & Installation
Standard products can ship intwo weeks or less; most custom products in three to five weeks.  We ship our products nationwide.  Shipping in the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley is provided by our in-house Bench-Tek delivery service, and outside of Silicon Valley we use our trusted transport partners.  Either way, our team will deliver your order inside your workspace and, if you’d like, set it up as well. Expedited shipment is available for an additional charge. 

We have 100% confidence in the quality of our custom manufactured products and stand behind their performance.  All of our Bench-Tek manufactured steel frames are backed by 12 years guarantee .  If you have any concerns with your Bench-Tek product, please let us know and we will work with you to repair or replace product to your satisfaction. 

Our 12 years warranty covers all Bench-Tek manufactured products, parts, and components including steel frames, surfaces.  If your Bench-Tek manufactured product fails under normal use as a result of a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the affected product/part/component at no charge.  This warranty does NOT cover: natural variations or character marks occurring in wood grain, leather, stone or other natural materials; changes in surface finishes or colorfastness due to aging or exposure to light; exact color matches to samples; defects or failure resulting from normal wear and tear; products that are exposed to extreme environmental conditions or have been subject to improper storage or use.

Other top-brand products distributed by Bench-Tek are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty.

We accept payment by credit card, including MasterCard, VISA, and American Express.  If you prefer, an account will be established for your company. Please contact us to request an account application. With an account, we’ll invoice you on delivery, and payment is due in 30 days.  Overdue payments are subject to finance charges of 1.5% per month. 

Changing/Cancelling /Returning Order
Orders for Bench-Tek manufactured products cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned.  Please contact us to inquire about the status about your specific order.

Products distributed by Bench-Tek can be changed, cancelled or returned subject to the manufacturer’s conditions.  A restocking fee will apply on most changed, cancelled or returned orders.  Please contact us to inquire about the status about your specific order.
